This is a truly essential skill that must be thoroughly mastered if you wish to be considered proficient in the leg lock game. Daily drilling getting a partner up into the air will quickly get you proactively creating opportunities to enter the legs from underneath so that every day you have numerous opportunities to attack and develop your skills. Get your opponent up high and watch your leg locking skills go higher still!
