We believe the study of martial arts helps us to become better people.  In addition to physical fitness and learning to defend ourselves, we practice discipline, perseverance, compassion, and patience.   Not only in the dojo but the rest of our lives.

Our kids Muay Thai class covers striking with kicks, knees, elbows, punches. This is a great class for gaining confidence, better fitness, coordination, speed, and agility.

Muay Thai, like other martial arts, is a perfect way for kids to stay fit, learn discipline and respect.

This program was designed to teach physical, emotional and mental well-being to kids and young adults in a fun and safe environment.

Spencer was one of our very first student's to ever step on the mats. She was very shy, nervous and a quiet girl. It even took her a while before she could complete a full class. However, with consistent training, perseverance and determination, she has become a more confident, outspoken and fearless individual. Here, Spencer is ripping pads with our instructor Joey which she has been doing regularly for a couple months.

Please show up 15 minute before the start of the class. Gloves, pads and gear will be provided. Students just need to show up in athletic gear, and boxing hand wraps.

Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is a form of hard martial art practiced in large parts of the world, including Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries.
