Our kids Muay Thai class covers striking with kicks, knees, elbows, punches. This is a great class for gaining confidence, better fitness, coordination, speed, and agility.
Muay Thai, like other martial arts, is a perfect way for kids to stay fit, learn discipline and respect.
This program was designed to teach physical, emotional and mental well-being to kids and young adults in a fun and safe environment.
Please show up 15 minute before the start of the class. Gloves, pads and gear will be provided. Students just need to show up in athletic gear, and boxing hand wraps.
